I have a i5-2500 and was just wondering if it's normal that idle usage is 3-8% but when my browser is loading a page it goes up to ~15-20% then falls back to
5-6%
Just curious, thanks :)
 
Also adding the fact that unless I'm doing something intenstive or playing a game my CPU is constantly at 1.59GHz which pushes up to the full 3.39GHz under pressure.
