I bought a graphics card from OC and it arrived yesterday. When I came to build my system, everything went together without a problem, but when I installed the graphics card, it seems as though it wouldn't drop down all the way into the PCI-E slot. It's in place but is very wobbly without any screws and once screwed in place, it only droops towards the end of the PCI-E clip. I didn't know if this is correct or faulty?

I've also noticed the PCB is not flush with the retention plate. This may be the reason why it's not dropping into my case, because of the retention plate coming into contact with the case's rear expansion slots too soon. Pictures will be uploaded soon.

The GPU is the MSI HD 6850 OC.

Is your motherboard secured to the case through the copper risers securely?

Yes, I think it is the case. It's a cheap case by Casecom. I'm going for a Cooler Master HAF 912 Plus next. I will know if something is wrong and if the GPU isn't secured in the PCI-E slot right when I finally get to start my PC and install the OS and make sure it is recognising the GPU.
