basically i was taking a bath and the hot water was running because i was filling it up high , anyway i turn off the hot water and i then heard the hot water tap running on the sink i know for sure i didnt turn that tap on ?, so can this happen with pressure or something ?
 
This could well be moaning myrtle, do you wear glasses and have a scar on your forehead ?
 
Do you see visions of dead people standing behind you in the bathroom mirror? Have you ever found messages written to you in the misted up mirror, when alone in the house?
 
Have you considered the possibility that you may have just left the hot tap on at the basin and forgot doing so?

Or am I being too optimistic with this one?
 
Theoretically: Temperature change causes expansion and contraction of joints. By running hot water to the bath, it allowed the entire pipe system to warm up, contracting the joints on the sink spigot and allowing water to pass through.
