Hi All,

I've done a modest OC from 2.66 to 3.20. Bclk to 160 on a x20 multiplier. Memory (XMP) x10. IOH volts to 1.3v and CPU reducing to 1.25v. Running OCCT for a few mins on large data set I'm getting temps in the mid 80's which isn't good.

Can anyone tell me what I should try next to keep the temps down (CPU voltage?)

TIA
DK

Thanks.
i7 920 2.66 CPU, GB EX58-UDR3 r1.0 mobo, 6GB Corsair 1600 XMP RAM, Zalman fan with huge copper heatsink, Coolermaster tower case, Nvidia GTX470 GPU.

I'd like to get as close to 3.7ghz as possible.

I gave everything a good vacuum and that helped bring the temps down a touch to the mid 70's. I pushed the bclk and had to reduce the ram mult to x8 and Windows BSOD during the OCCT test (about 10 seconds in). It appears most of the BSOD's I get are memory related. Should I try and keep ram mult to get 1600 and reduce the cpu mult?

If I can get a water cooler that will allow me to be stable at 3.4 - 3.6 I'd be happy. My case doesn't allow anything larger than a single 120mm fan unless the radiator can be external (preferred)
