Looks good apart from the graphics card is quite rubbish and you wouldn't be able to play much games with it, plus you have two 380W psu's in the spec. The antec case comes with a psu so get rid of the tagan and spend more on the graphics card.

I'd recommed a 7600GT.
Aslo change the IDE hard drive to SATA.

thats better, if you dont play a lot of games. If you do, depending what, get a 6600gt from clearence or b grade for £40
 
IIRC, Turbo Cache graphics are not only rubbish, they suck away your system RAM to use as their own. Avoid at all costs! You'd probably be better off having the 256mb RAM used for the system and using onboard vga if you aren't gaming/using any graphically intense programs.
