hey at christmas (i know its ages away) but im allowed 400-450 for pc parts and ive narrowed it down to what i want.

watercooling
gfx
case
mobo
and maybe a new psu if my isnt good enough.

current spec:
c2d running 3.2 ghz
ati radeon 9800 xt (old one)
asus mobo
2 200g hdds
sound blaster sound card
wifi card
2 cd drives
and 1 120mm and 1 80mm
running on intels stock cooler.
*edit* i also have 3gig of ram

ive had a look around and i have this so far:

is this ok?
it comes to 335 ish including postage gives me around 100 to play around with. so i need ontop of that a gfx card and whatever you guys feel needs added to the WC (incase i ve missed anything) and maybe a psu but only if i need one. i can beg my mum and dad (as they are split up) to split the charge between them wich might make it up to around 500-600 (250-300 each) aslong as its componants that can be bought seperate and not a kit etc.

Prices will change a lot, and new products will be available. Come back near christmas.

changed mind i get 40 poubd a month so im going to buy the wc seperate )saving for it atm)

It's only July, prices will change and newer things will be released. Guide or no guide you won't be buying nowhere the same devices.

i would wait till christmas before planning ahead since lots of prices will go down new things will be released and planning now would be just silly

best bet is to wait till the day comes then ask what you can do with that money.

only a 350w i think the 620w will be a bonus + its modular

Not really a bonus - it's essential. You won't be able to run a 4850 and watercooling gear off a 350w PSU, especially if it's a rubbish one. What make is the PSU?
