I assume this is a gaming PC, right?
I would change the psu to Superflower 750w gold modular, it's much better.
What games do you play?
You can get a evga gtx 780 sc for 408£ or r9 290 with custom cooler for 350-370£.
Or, if you don't need a strong card, go for gtx 770 / r9 280x, each around 250£.
You may want an aftermarket cooler, but that is optional as long as you won't overclock.

changed the mobo for a cheaper one and swapped the ram to match, went for a cheaper SSD, a much better PSU and a added a GPU and cooler...
