Are my temp ok?

I'm running a full custom water loop. 2 x EK PE 360 rad for my 3700x (4ghz @1.1v) and 2080 ti at stock.
My temps are; CPU 35'c idle and 65'c at full load. GPU 27'c ideal and 45'c at load. I would have thought my CPU temps would be a bit lower at full load with a custom water loop.

The order of the loop:
Pump/Res - rad - GPU - rad - CPU.
