Is this okay?!

So I've been playing around with overclocking settings and I've managed to put my 5960X to 4.2 ghz at a voltage of 1.25, though I've increased it to 1.28 just encase as I can spare it.

Is this alright or should I increase/decrease.

If it's stable, and temps do not exceed 75C~ under full load then it should be OK

I've been looking up and some people seem to be hitting 4.2 with 1.17 volts so I think I'm a whole 1.0 Volt over haha.

I use 1.35v on my 5960x at 4.7ghz so yeah it's fine. Have been very lucky and got a great clocker, as long as your temps are fine the voltage is ok.

Personally I'd always try and get it at lowest stable voltage. Lower voltage equals lower temp so may as well.
