Looking at a new PC to play the above ^...

Is this going to be ok? -

Intel® Core™ i3 7100 processor
8GB DDR4 2133mhz RAM
NVIDIA™ GeForce® GTX 1050 Ti 4GB graphics card
1TB HDD
ASUS H110M-R motherboard
Windows 10
CiT Dragon 3 Gaming case
AeroCool 500W 80+ Bronze PSU

wait till the 5th next month. coffee lake is out- that 2 core CPU becomes 4 Cores.

That or Ryzen 1200 and overclock it to match the i3 7100 .... but would see what coffee brings to the table for pricing

It's be fine, but for better guaranteed performance get a ryzen 1200 with obviously a compatible motherboard and 16gb ram, then look for a 1060 6gb and a power supply from super flower for example
 
Don't know how much that system you listed costs, but this would give you a much better performance.
