Is this possible : CSS Animation

Evening all,

I have a question. I'm going to make a website for my brother. Nothing overly complex however he asked me one thing which I know nothing about.

Would it be possible, to create an animation of this image being " drawn " so it appears line by line as if some one is doing it in front of you. I could do this in flash but it seems to me that no one uses flash any more especially for mobile. So, any one have any ideas ?

You could also look at Flashs exporting to HTML5 functionality (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hxF8eMS7Gz0) and also Adobes Create JS Suite http://www.createjs.com/#!/CreateJS

I've recently used the swf to html5 converter on something I did at work. It worked perfectly.

Also if you have/use illustrator you can export that straight to SVG to use.
