Hi,

So the situation is that I am going on holiday and will be using the Hotel's free WiFi.

What I'd like to know is ...if the following is possible and if so how?

I would like to connect my main laptop to the hotel's WiFi (That should not be an issue) ....But then I would like to use the LAN port of the laptop to connect to a TP Link Nano Router .... So that I can then connect all my other WiFi devices to the Nano Router for Internet.

What do you think?

...Now I did try that free app called 'Connectify' which can turn any WiFi Laptop into a Wireless hotspot ...but this doesn't seem to work with the WiFi adapter / card I have installed in the laptop :(

Thanks

Plain jane Windows 7 Internet Connection Sharing will work (Wireless NIC properties > Sharing tab), i have used it before for exactly the same purpose.

Why not just connect all devices to the hotels WiFi, I know when I am away I connect my laptop, phone and iPad to the hotels WiFi.
