Is this possible? (Pre-made email responses)

I've been roped into sorting out various computer related problems, and one of them has stumped me slightly!

Currently the couple get automated emails from online booking forms (they run a caravan park), when they get one of these in outlook, they click reply and then select a pre-made response from the signatures list (Insert, Signatures...).

Now they have an iPad 2 and want to be able to do something similar.

Does anyone know any way that I can do this using that?

Basically I want to be able to select from a list or pre-made responses when composing or replying to an email.

Thanks for any help.:)

Why didn't I think of that?! :p

I have made a sort of solution, it uses an app called Canned Mail, which is a list of premade responses which you can click on, select the response, fill in the 'to' email address and send.

All they have to do is -

1 - Click on sender name in email
2 - Hold down on email address, click copy.
3 - Use multitasking bar/go to homescreen and select Canned Mail
4 - Select response
5 - Hold down in 'to' field, click paste.
6 - Click send.

Not the most elegant solution, but probably the best available...

Anyone else got any ideas which are slicker?

Cheers. :)

TextExpander Touch. /scrap that. Doesn't work with mail. Pastebot would also do the trick though.

this may or not work. i did discover that you can set up short cuts for words. so if for example you typed BRB it would spell it out for you in a msg or an email. you can obviously create your own ones. so they could do that. if theres a pre determined message they want just type it into the settings and then for the actual message just type MESSAGE1 or something and then it fills it all out.
