i have a laptop and a PDA both have usb connections, normal on the laptop and mini on the PDA
can i connect the 2 so that i can use my PDA screen to display what is shown on the laptop screen?
this may seem like a strange question, but its for use in the car, as the laptop is in the back recording from a webcam, but when looking at what has been recorded i have to lean round and get it, but would like to view without doing this?

cheers

humm well it definitly would be plug and play i can tell ya that :P have ya tried to google it to see if theres any software for this sorta stuff? tbh i dont really think its possible..... unless you bought say a sony psone screen and did the mod to it so you can plug it into your laptops vga out put.... i saw it in the mod scetion of this forum where someone took the screen from a psone and soldered the display cables to their graphics cards pics so the had a small display on the case :D hope that helps a bit :)

You can get a RDC app for Windows Mobile 6 PDAs...but I've forgotten where I saw it.

I have LogMeIn installed on my headless machine at uni, and can use my HTC Touch to control it, I log in via the LMI site, which installed a LMI app which enables me to have full control over my PC, is very handy.
