Is this possible?

How hot does it run when your browsing with your current setup.

Hi Cheetah,

What do you use the computer for that requires that i7? mCubed HFX cases would be worth a look, but they aren't cheap. There are similar ones to them, but still aren't cheap.

Could you not build a 140mm (or possibly 200m) fan into the side of your M350 that runs slow and quiet exhausting away from your monitor?

Well its my main development machine. The equivalent i5 is also 77W TDP.

That fan Idea is not a bad one at all, would make for ugly viewing from the back but I suppose I can't complain.

I don't think those mCubed HFX cases are good enough to cool the CPU i use.

You're right. I'd amplified the space in my mind since looking at the pics. Might be able to get a wider one with more surface areas however.
Don't know what to reccomend fan wise. You might want to get a grill to aid mounting (plus hides any dodgy cutting) and neaten up the visual.

Wasn't going to do any cutting at all...just mount it straight onto the case and have a grill on the otherside so that I don't catch my fingers in it.
