Is this processing correct? Photoshop noob.

I like the detail in the building and like what appears to be a setting sun in the central doorway! Not overly keen on the sky... If you could edit the building out and get an orange setting sun sky it would be top notch (imho ofc :p and I don't really know what I'm on about lol).
 
I'm not a fan of HDR so aesthetically, I personally don't like it.

My main criticism is that it doesn't look straight.
 
I like it BUT the sky is too much like the building and there no real focal point. I keep on wanting to look at the sky more than the building which I guess is not the point of the image.
as above looks like some slight distortion but only slight.
 
you have overexposed areas in the image, try it in black and white without hdr bs, it might look better, also you have some vignetting in the photo, choose the correct lens correction in raw
 
looks like it needs a little CCW rotation to me

Not a personal fan of over the top HDR to be honest. There's something about the sky that just doesn't sit right in my view. interesting shot though
