Is this PSU broke?

Haha.
Helping somebody figure out why their PC crashes mid-game.. Temps seemed fine, then they ran Hwmonitor and showed me the voltages.

Seems to be the culprit to me?

Those voltages in HWmonitor are most likely incorrect.

It is best to taking voltage reading using a multimeter from voltage testing points on your motherboard, if it has them.

Hwmonitor not working. Your PC wouldn't boot on 8v on the 12v rail.
