Is this PSU compatible with x99 Haswell-E?

Hello.

I currently own a BeQuiet Dark Power Pro P8 1200W Modular Power Supply and I was wondering will I have any compatibility issues using this
PSU on x99 motherboard or have any power issues when using this PSU with a Haswell-E such as a 5960X and when this CPU is overclocked
or would I need to purchase a more powerful modern PSU when building my x99 Haswell-E system?

I am hoping this PSU will have no incompatibility issue with the x99 motherboard and is more than powerful enough
to run a Haswell-E system even with one or two high end graphics cards.

This PSU should be fine and should be fully compatible
Will be more than enough power for two, maybe even 3 GPUs
