is this PSU compatible?

I have this psu EG495AX-VE(W)(24P):

knocking around somewhere in my parent's house. I was wondering if it would still be compatible with things like 8800gt an e8400 etc as I know it's quite old.

For those components it should be OK.
Older Enermaxes haven't been ealways up to ratings but peak draw is well under 200W.
