Can it run a ICEq 4850 with basic components and a anthlon x2 5000+ 2.6GHz?

thank you

That 12V is low for a modern PC, it might run the system but the only way to know is to buy it and see. Remember however that with PSUs you tend to get what you pay for up to a point and a value/generic one isn't usually all that great.

Without even looking at the specs i can say maybe, but it's not worth the risk. Extra value says it all!!

Why splash out for a decent rig and then go and buy a crappy cheap psu? Buy a decent one to start with. The psu is the single most important component in a pc. It powers everything in it and a cheap one when it fails is more than likely to take out other components with it.
