Is this PSU powerful enough??

Heres my proposed set up:

.Gigabyte GA_965P_DS3 (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard

.Corsair 2GB DDR2 XMS2-6400C5 TwinX (2x1GB)

.Sapphire ATI Radeon X1900 XT 512MB GDDR3 AVIVO TV-Out/Dual DVI (PCI-Express) - Retail

.Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 250GB ST3250620AS SATA-II 16MB Cache - OEM

.Intel Core 2 DUO E6400 "LGA775 Allendale" 2.13GHz (1066FSB) - Retail

.Microsoft Windows XP Media Centre 2005 Edition - OEM - 1Pk (M93-00200)

.....now is the 450W psu with the case powerful enough for the setup I want??

i have run a lot more on a 380wt powet supply so i would say that it would be fine

The PSU will be fine to run that system, if you are going to be heavily overclocking then keep an eye on the rails(in fact do so anyway for the first week or two) as you may need a higher wattage PSU for absolute stabilty with large overclocks.
