Is this PSU powerful enough?

I am putting together a new PC containing a E4400 overclocked, 2Gb RAM, 2 SATA II hdds, SATA DVD-RW, 8800 GTS 320 and a DVB TV card.

Will a Corsair 520 Watt, ATX, EPS12V, PS/2, Modular Power Supply be powerfull enough?

Do you have a better modular choice for about the same cost?

no mate but thats what cable ties are for, i made a lovely job with them on my ocz 700w
