Is this quick enough for a 1900XTX

Yes even the 500w Liberty will be fine, it has the same amperage on the 12v rails as the 620w. :)

Really? so I might as well get a 500w version instead of the 620watt? is there any point in buying the 620w over the 500?

I just went to the specifications from the site and it says both 12v rails on th 620w, and 500w are 22A, never looked at the other box :p , still the 500w should power the x1900 as well. :)

Total power off the 12v rails for the 620w is 36amps.

The 500w is 32.

500w would power the X1900 XTX Nicely though, :)

Decided to buy Enermax Liberty 620W ELT620AWT ATX2.2 Modular SLI Compliant PSU (CA-024-EN)

Can get one at a shop local to me for £111. :)

Is this ok? has anyone used one in a antec p180? does it fit, ie cables stretch all the way?

Oh and how noisy/quiet is it?

I have that PSU & its great.

Both rails are 22A, just not at the same time ;) You can't add rails, always look for the maximum combined wattage at 12v for the true figure.

The 620W is really for sli/crossfire systems and overkill for a single x1900. Even the 400w liberty could power your system fine as it still has hefty 12v rails, though I'd go slightly higher for future proofing.

Well I have a dilema now lol. I can go to my local shop and buy the Enermax Liberty 620W for £111 or order the Enermax Liberty 500W from ocuk for £70.44.. what would be the p&p on that?

Dunno what to do, I suppose the 620w is worth it though, might be overkill but still worth the extra money.

500W would be fine for a single graphics card solution, however if you want to go Crossfire later on then get the 620W. Apart from that I see no reason to get the 620W Enermax.

Oh and also you can check the p&p on an item by adding it to your basket, going to check out, then fill in the two boxes below and hit next. It will then come out with the total incl p&p. :)

Edit: Beaten by killer :D

I wont ever be using crossfire so this might be better for me. :)

My Akasa Paxpower 460 runs my set up fine (see below) and they get good write ups every time I see them in a Labs test, also cheap for the quality.

My X1900 got 4950 in 3Dmark06 and played FEAR 1280 x 1024 with soft shadows, max settings no problems.
