Is this ram compatible with this board?

Thanks I might get 2 pairs of that gskill ram then.
What do I have to change in the bios to enable an I5 processor support 1600mhz ram because it states that they support 1333mhz?
 
Just enabling the XMP should run the memory at 1600MHz. This will overclock the Core i5 base clock to 160MHz, as the maximum memory multiplier is x10.

Probably the CPU will be set to 160 x 17 = 2.7GHz.

Alternatively if you keep the 133MHz base clock, the memory will happily run at 1333MHz. You will just have to set the timings manually (8-8-8-24, 2T) and possibly set the DRAM voltage manually to 1.6V - although AUTO will probably work fine.

At 1333, you may be able to tighten the timings to 7s, although this will be down to experimentation!
