Is this ram ok ?

It wiill be fine and the 8500 should give you a bit more flexibilty if you're planning on overclocking.

Don't be too surprised if you can't hit the 1066MHz though when using the E5200 - it's possible but not always attainable (eg i'm running my Kingston 8500 @ ~ 900 Mhz but have a healthy clock on the E5200). Sometimes it's easier to get the highest clock you can on the CPU and let the memory idle away at 800MHz or as close to 1066 as you can get it. I prefer the gains from raw cpu power over a couple of hundred MHz lost on the memory...

This is what i use - link - but you can't go wrong with any of the big names really.
