Am about to order 2 of these:

They'll be used in an am2 build with a 635 or a 250, and a Gigabyte
GA-MA78LM-S2. Any foreseeable problems with them? Doubt it'll be OC'd,
not even sure if the mobo is capable of OC'ing! Though it'd be nice to have
the option.
Also, what about the PSU? I was looking at the OCUK Swift 450W, they've
been mentioned a lot on here recently, and it seems they are of decent
quality. My question is: will the 450W be enough to power this system?
Most likely be using onboard sound/video, though possibly upgrading it
to use either or both of these:

as well as a decent sound card, something like this (or if anyone has any better ideas?)
