Is this RAM suitable?

I've recently bought a Shuttle SN45G & AMD XP 2600+ from MM and will be adding in an ATI 9800 Pro AGP card.

I already have GeIL 1GB (2x512MB) PC3200 Value Dual Channel Kit CAS2.5 (GE1GB3200BHDC) lying around doing nothing.

Will this RAM be suitable for the shuttle? If so, are there any precautions i need to take?

Should be fine. The worst that'll happen is it will run at PC2700 speeds.

Thanks cob. I guess to run at pc3200 i would need to raise the fsb but i'n not sure how feasible that would be inside a shuttle although from what i have read the motherboard within it is tweakable.
