Is this Raspberry Pi project possible?

Hey all,

Have an idea for a project I want to try, and have never used a Pi before.

Would it be possible to get a 15"-20" touch screen, with a Pi, maybe running Android and a note taking app to create a kind of Smart white board?

Currently have a whiteboard on the fridge for notes, dates and shopping not to forget, but it's no good when you're out at the shops and can't remember what's on the board! So this project would sync what i've written on the screen at home to the note making app on my phone?

Realised I might be babbling some absolute nonsense, but does anyone a) have any idea what i'm on about? and b) is it possible to implement something like this?

In theory, if the pi could run the same app, it would be very straightforward. The handwriting would just be an input.

The harder part would be powering it, mounting it all etc.

Can't help but think sticking a tablet to the fridge would be easier/cheaper though.

A Smart Kapp can be had dirt cheap on eBay, and might be an option.

Smarter would just be a PZT camera without a PI, it’s also cheaper and PZT/IR because otherwise you can’t read in the dark

We use an old cheap 10" tablet with google keep, syncs across devices and can add thinks from voice input.
