I'm pretty clueless on all the new graphics cards, however the 902 is a very old case, but its a personal feature, I would recommend looking at something like the Corsair 300R.

I would go for the Gigabyte Geforce 660TI as a minimum graphically speaking its the best Nvidia bang for buck card. Otherwise a 7850 would do fine. The case is a personaly prefrence however.

Do you require everything, OS, k&m, speakers and the full tower?
Or do you have any components from an existing PC you can reuse?
Would you also consider building it yourself?

No, just the tower.

I quite like the idea of building it myself but cable management seem like a tricky one. Would you suggest it?

2 people saying about the 7850... Is amd better for gaming than nvidia and would anyone else pick the 7850 over the GeForce gtx 660?

Hoping to buy today :)

I would highly recommend building it yourself. There are video guides to watch, which are very help. Link at bottom of post.
Cable management is a lot easier, with cases providing this behind the mobo.
Amd cards seem to offer slightly better value/performance for your money.
Do you have a budget in mind?

what does that clock speed mean? will the sapphire one work just as good as the 7950?

and also is the psu watt enough and will the case be big enough for the gfx card?

sorry for the 20 questions...very new to all this.
