I have 1Gb of Corsair XMS PC3200 DDR ram, which I believe is good quality, fast RAM. I ran CPU-Z however, and under the memory tab it says that the memory speed is 211.4 MHz which is appallingly slow. Is there something wrong here? Should i be multiplying it by 2 or something?

It's DDR PC3200 RAM. 200 is the default although really as it's double data rate it is effectivly running at 400. There is more about RAM here

Man, i'm so confused with this myself now - The 3500 I have is a Clawhammer core and I have the same memory. It's running sweet @ 2.53ghz / 230 FSB but I can't work out if I've got the memory at the right speed. CPUz confirms the 230 FSB but the in the memory tab, it states a frequency of 110mhz. Whatever divider I run Currently 1:1) I cannot get it to 200, with the highest I can got it being about 178 :(
