Is this safe and worth it

Hi,
I just went from 3Ghz to 3.3Ghz.... my ram was at 860MHz and now its at 944Mhz im worried my ram is mess up. I left the volts on the normal setting on my Gigabyte DQ6 board.

spec is

E6300
Corsair PC6400-C5
Gigabyte DQ6 F8 Bios.

I did for 3Ghz but if this one is stable is it worth it? I just dont want to stress the ram ect much.

If you havent increased the voltage then as far as I know, you cant damage anything electrically. If its stable as it is then "stressing" it wont do it any damage as its fully capable of running at those speeds within spec. Run some stress tests and if it doesnt fall over your good to go
