Is this safe Temp 6700k

I have OC'd my CPU to 4.5Ghz

All stable and been running fine for days.

My liquid cooled setup is keeping the CPU at around 30c idle

and in CPU-Z bench I get temps of 68c in the stress test.

Are those safe?!

I would say that is good, 80+ would be ok 90 probably too high.
