Is this Safe?

Hello 8 Pack :) I wonder can you tell me if the setting I just applied is safe for long term use? I was told that finding my Offset voltage would mean subtracting the VID from the core voltage, by this I mean loading the CPU under prime, opening CPU-Z and CoreTemp

CPU-Z reads my Core voltage as 1.463v and Core Temp reads the VID as 1.2710v so subtracting 1.2710 from 1.463 = 0.192. If I add +0.192 as an offset the figures turn red, is this safe or should I remove it back to default?

This is on a 3570k with a turbo ratio of x46 and everything else at default running Prime with the Offset applied and CPU-Z reads 1.344~1.352v however as soon as Prime hits the 8k tests temps hit 92c

OK, Thanks for the replies: This is my setup: ASUS P8Z77-V LX/ 3570K/ Corsair Vengeance 12GB 1600MHz (9.9.9.24) Gainward GTX660 2GB/ Corsair Force 3/ Noctua NH-U9B-SE2

I've read several post on this forum, and others also, but mostly followed post from this forum, and tried numerous combinations. Several times I've been asked if my vcore is on Auto, but I don't have that setting on my board. My board has just 2 settings for that. Offset, and Manual. Also I have been given recommendations to lower the CPU PLL Voltage, but I don't have any control over that either only Auto or +0.10v
Heres a few screenshots I posted earlier some time ago about my Motherboards settings

It's become a case of no matter what settings I try, I'm failing all of them, and I'm beginning to wonder if I was sold some dodgy parts, and I cant return them as I no longer have the receipts, and the guy at the shop wont take a look unless I pay him $90 to do so. As to your question do I know what I'm doing? Well I thought so, but probably not as much as I thought I did. 1.463v is a lot I know, but it's what I'm presented with when I enter a ratio of 44 upwards whether on Auto or Manual, and as of yet, I haven't been able to get this down to a stable level at these ratio's

OK, Manual vcore 1.270v = 1.288v under Prime load (anything less than 1.270v Blue Screens pretty quickly) here's a image of where I got to before Prime stopped working

Please note: The temps shown on this image are not the temps during the 30 minute run, The first 15 mins during the 248k run were 63~71c and the second 15 mins during the 64k run were 71~86c Max, The temps then dropped to what's shown on the image up until the point where Prime stopped. Should I back off to perhaps x44 because I think adding more core is going to rocket those temps
