Is this safe?

I can hear it going round. Its in the back rear passenger tyre.

Can it be plugged? I'm scared to remove it incase the tyre goes flat. And everything is shut tomorrow because of bank Holiday so it will be Tuesday i can get it sorted.

Because I thought it was vandalism I have been walking around my car checking every day.

It fell out on its own. The tyre was down to 20psi but I pumped it up and it seem to be holding pressure.
