As title, lot of noise on the line but unsure if that is affecting the BT infinity, is this good/bad/other SNR ratios?

If the fault is somewhere after the cabinet then it won't affect the fibre service if that was the speed you was expecting, and I think those upstream and downstream SNRs are about right, but someone else who is more in the know should be able to give a definite answer.

Any noise on the line can't be helping.

If there's noise on the line using a know quiet phone plugged into the master socket's test port then there's a fault. Report it as a voice fault; don't mention broadband at all.

Both my up/down SNR are @ 6dB and my line is solid as a rock. Your stats seem fine to me. That's not to say the noise is acceptable.

Get it raised as a voice fault (don't mention BB) with your ISP, who will hopefully get OR to check it out.
