Is this spec any good? Need help - need to buy ASAP!!

I'm sorting a mate out with a build that will last him a good few years. He's not a massive gamer so i'm giving him an old HD4890 for the time being but can you fellas give me some advice on the rest of the build. I want to squeeze as much as possible out of the budget as possible. He won't be overclocking straight of the bat, but a few years down the line it would be good to have the extra power

I'll be using an old case of mine, as well as his old hard drive and DVD Writer.

Sound OK? If anyone has any thoughts about the motherboard especially could you please let me know.

are you planning on sli/xfire in the future? if not then you can save £15 and go with the z68ap-d3, if you are then you'll want a 750/850w psu(depending on if you plan on upto like gtx570/6950 sli/xfire or 580 sli).
