PSU a bit overkill (A 600/650W would be fine) other than that, it looks fine. But what do you want the system do to?

BTW you can still buy upgrade W7 versions if you have an older version of windows can you not?
I would plug in a 4890 instead of the 260 though imo...

I agree with DireEmblem, a 4890 would work better. But thats might just be me because I prefer them to Nvidia
