is this spec ok?

Why get two separate HDDs? That 80 GB disk is going to be a heck of a lot slower than the other. I'd also avoid Maxtor since traditionally they've had serious quality and service issues, even though they're now owned by Seagate.

That CPU is a bit of a rip off. Get the E2180 and 'clock it to 2.2 GHz in about eight seconds. :)

i'm planning to overclock the 2.2ghz processor.
and ive got two HD's because the smaller one is for my OS and applications where as the larger faster one is for my music, films etc...

The E2180 will overclock just as high and it's cheaper. It's still my choice. If you're overclocking then you'll need an aftermarket CPU cooler.

You want the functions of the HDDs exactly the opposite. Storage disks can be slower, applications, the OS, and your games should be on the fast one. Do yourself a favor and get a pair of Seagate 7200.10 250 GB disks. They're very fast and are an excellent value.
