e5200 far better than e2200 at about 2 quid more last I looked.
X48 is a gaming chipset, any reason why you've chosen that over P45 or P35?

What does he want it for? The 9400 is pretty nasty, so matx with onboard graphics might make more sense

also can anyone make me a basket with your reccomendations?

edit those baskets were done in about 5 mins sop didnt think about other thigns :P

I did this for a cheap spec for my brother the other day if you fancy the AMD route:

Should clock well too. Swap the case to the coolermaster (slightly cheaper) and stick in 4GB of RAM.

EDIT: Might want a bigger hard drive too.

Hell of a setup for the money.

Up the RAM to 4gb and you've got a very good light-moderate gaming pc for £350.

It'll annihilate CSS and normal internet use :-)

Here is my Effort; I have chosen the Arctic 7 as it comes with TIM Pre applied. And yes it’s over but it will be worth it.

EDIT: it feels like somthing is missing , but i can't see what.
