Yes that memory looks fine. You could look at this, depends if you like the look or not IMO.

I have some Patriot DDR2-800 RAM and it's great. Was dirt cheap at the time but it has heatsinks and clocks to 900MHz. Not too shabby for their mainstream range I suppose

Wouldn't ever buy OCZ memory again after having this set and having to RMA it 3 times! Took them 12 sticks before I got 3 working together.
IMO, avoid at all costs.
( It's not just me, there have been an awful lot of these complaints on the forum )

Viper is the best RAM around at the moment for price and reliability definatly. Looks very good with that board aswell.
