Is this stupid? nVidia & ATI

Is it possible, if I have 2 pci-e slots... to have 2 graphics cards in them (one in each, obviously), one being nvidia and one being ATI?

Or will it just go **** up?

It is possible, but it's not recommended due to potential issues with driver clashes.

No, I wouldn't be. In fact I would just do it and not use/disable one of the cards at any one time. *IF* i were to attempt such things.

because of the control centers for the drivers there would probably be major conflicts
