Hi all,

Could I get your opinion on:

No mention of competitors,please read the rules-schizo

Is it value for money? Could I build it myself and save money? Will it run the latest games?

1: No linking to competitors so remove that link ASAP

2: With Ryzen out would forget 4 core CPUs without even hyperthreading. And even before Ryzen those 4c/4t CPUs weren't that good for long term.
 
you cant link outside companies like that, but no its not great for the money, you can get better on this site for example and onces with ryzen or coffeelake.

this is a built it yourself spec for now and i used the itx for factor as i had the case and psu in the basket already, can save a few quid with an Micro atx board and a cheaper but micro atx case. 1tb storage over the 2tb in your link, but made up by a bigger ssd. dont technically need 650w psu so can save a few quid dropping to a 550w, the 1060 in the link is 3gb, i picked a 6gb which is a totally different version to any 3gb, so its much better.

Now that’s more like it in terms of rgb, replace the fans on the aio with the aer rgb140. All amd cpu & gpu.​

It’s £200-£300 of prettiness, if op doesn’t want rgb it’s ~£1000 spec which isn’t better or worst than the two above.

Depending on how much the op wants to oc he can swap out the ram for the 8 pack ram for the same price as the one I have or save £25-£30 and replace it with what you or tamzzy have

Ha I put it down to 1200 of pretty for the whole build. I won’t deny they some builds look cool with rgb, just seems too much justfir fancy lighting you likely won’t admire unless it’s a window case on the desk

Yeah reason why I didn’t go with rgb in my new build, was tempted but decided not to as it’s going to be set under the table and I’m not going to see it or show it off to anyone else.
