Is this the worst bulk ever?

love it, laughed so hard. No way in the world would I have carried on the way he did for so long. Yes the scales look good going up but all the way around no thanks.

Woah. That is extremely bad. It's alarming that (according to his photo dates/weights) he was only able to gain 4kg in a 4 month period to begin with and near the end of his 'bulk' he gained 14kg in 3 months. His body in the end just couldn't cope with the extra calories and must have stored it as fat a lot quicker than before. I hope he takes the suggestions and advice onboard and uses this as a lesson.

anyway i started the gym, only been going 3 weeks,

i can bench press 75kg, curl 50kg, its that a good starting weight?

im not a small person to start with im 87kg, 5.11, 21% bodyfat

tbh i dont really wanna get any bigger, just want to look more sexy :D
 
My main problem with it is not how he looks, but that his bench is still only 60kg and squat is 75kg!!!!!. He thinks it is great that his bench has tripled (not surprising as he says his starting bench was 20kg), but after benching and squatting "properly" for 18 months whilst on a bulk cycle he can still only bench 2/3 of his BW and can't squat BW. That's SERIOUSLY wrong.

Some people do put on a lot of fat when bulking, but they also get a load of muscle mass and strength gains to go with it.
 
Yes he's obviously just been pathetically lazy in the gym. I find it very hard to believe that he's been going as regular as he claims. I also find it impossible to believe that's his real diet. There's no way he's been eating 5-7 servings of chicken and rice every single day. He's just been eating everything in sight.

curling 50kg is bloody good. i dont do that and im a good 30kg heavier than you :]
are you sure its kg though? your curl is almost as good as your bench, which i would be very surprised about!

Yeah but is that curling 50kg for reps with perfect form?

We've all seem some peoples idea of curling ;) :D (I'm not saying that's what you do TiZoR btw)
 
Im talking about 4-5 reps, basicly limits, 80kg with 1 to 2 reps on the bench press, im comfy with 40kg curl, and the form is good no rocking or throwing the weight about, i out curl everyone who i go gym with and they look more defined than i do, its defo KG, old school weight gym this is, all iron clang, clang, stuff :D, the guy that owns the gym is John walker if anyone knows him, his press last time he competed was 225.5kg :eek:

As i say not been going gym long, but my job is prolly where i got most of my strength from, steel erecting cladding etc.

also morba played any ut latly? :D

infact i just weighed my self and im 94kg, so ive put some weight on, but im quite a wide person, and my chest is rather large, bit man booby but its solid as.

no UT in ages, dont even have a pc atm!! just this lappy :/
might invest in a new pc when the new UT comes out, should be interesting to see what they have done with it :D

hahaha, deck will forever be in my heart. all those nights playing ut after finishing a shift on the door. was good to release the tension hehe

my thoughts exactly, although when i thought about it i could prolly get standing reps out with 50-60k, on a preacher would be a whole different matter though, when you cant shift your elbows things get interesting! i reckon id get maybe 40-45 out for 4's max
 
wow just had a peek at the OP, that looks like one of those photoshop morph sequences! Thats frigging awful! IF its not a pee-take, then he's firstly eating like a 140kg power lifter and clearly he's a lazy playstation playing child. He hasn't gone on a bulking program at all, he just started eating!

Anyone remember the southpark where cartman gets the 'Weight Gain 4000' and cant even walk. "sweeeeet im like, so totally ripped and buff" "BEEFCAKE! BEEFCAKE!!"
