Has anyone used either of these websites before?

It's supposed to be £21 a month normally, but with the redemption it can work out at £11.81 which seems a bit too cheap?

Any feedback is appreciated.

What I mean is does it look dodgy to anyone else as it's almost half the price of everywhere else, and the cost of the contract over 2 years is the same price as the phone on PAYG with a free phone...
