It's not too hot, it's about right from my experience.

That's assuming that your computer is in 'full load' or under 'heavy operation' as opposed to running idle at that temp.

heres my SpeedFan Results.. this may help IDLE settings
now i thought Core was my CPU but i read on some other sites that TEMP1 is my CPU.. so im real confused... hope u can help

In my experience Never hoover your pc. Simply use a half inch brush and/or a can of pressurised air. Air can be bought from supermarkets. The one i get is only £3 and last a while.

It dont help that i have a rubbish case.. kinda like one of the £22 ones real basic with 2 fans inside.. the CPU fan & heatsink are the ones that came with the CPU so going to order a new case next week.. erm can you advise on a new case and CPU cooler

also i noticed this morning "i left my computer on overnight" and it was switched off when i woke up .. so this must be over heating like mad

i love it when people say that "in my experience" means they have done it :D

I had a wonderfull MBM error about a month ago!... It though my PC was in the US but instrad of translating the US temp down to UK (Deg F to Deg C) it just changed the F to a C and said my CPU was running at 114 Degrees C  Nearly Pooed myself!... it also messed up my Abit Monitor Thinngy t say the same!

Un-installed MBM (only installed it for a laugh  ).. re-booted and all was fine! back to running at 36 Degrees C (idle), 42 Degrees C (Load).

(AMD64 - 3400+ Skt754 Running Stock)
