Is this too much backlight bleed?

Hi Guys
Just wanted to know your opinions on this (especially any hp 2207 owners).

Is this too much back light bleed even for a TN panel, should i take it back for an exchange?

It does seem brighter from the bottom during dark scenes and games.

Yeah with the lights out in the room the screen does look totally gray with the blank screen-saver on.

try to lower your brightness

My brightness is @ 24% which is pretty low, but the weird thing is the bleeding seems to get better the longer the monitor stays on
