is this upgrade possible?

my current system:
i7 870
4gb ram
asrock h55m-le
5770
unknown case +unknown 480w pus lol

my budget is not much and i would like to change to:
elite 430
asus 6950 (i think this could link to my 27imc)
cx 600w

i am not very good at pc but know my motherboard is rubbish and i would like to wait until i change my cpu. what do you guys think?
i am planning on having 4 fans(front case fan, 1 top, 1 back and i door) all with nexus 120mm fan. do you think this setting could keep the temperature down if i dnt oc the cpu but unlock the 6950 to 6970?
my last question is the rubbish motherboard only has 1 3 pin slot for the fan lol and i plan on get a y splitter for the top and back fan and the door fan will be connected to the psu do you guys this is guna be ok?

so you think getting a y splitter is not a problem for the motherboard coz i read somthing about the max amp the board can take which i have no clue about.
