Is this water block any good?

It's awful - don't use thermaltake water-cooling products, they suck. Good CPU blocks include: Dtek Fuzion, Swiftech GTZ, XSPC ones, etc. If you search for best waterblock or similar you'll find lots of other people have asked the same question - there'll no doubt be a lot more info there.

No... just no. Nah seriously if you are going the water cooling route you need quality parts. On another forum I'm on its almost a sin to mention thermaltake and watercooling in the same sentence. That's the reputation.

Have a look at these.
Dtek fusion - used the original for years when I was on 775, very nice block.

Swiftech GTZ - currently using this on my I7 with impressive temps.

EK Supreme - Good Reputation with this block, best in a loop on its own as its highly restrictive.

I have good experience with both the D-Tek Fuzion and the EK Supreme. Both are much better than that ThermalTack block.
