Is this what I expect

I built a new PC and did a few tests on it and I'm Just wondering if these are the results I'm sholud expect from it. Here is my spec

Pentium D 830 @ 3.0 GHz
Gigabyte GA-8N-Sli Royal
Leadtek Geforce 7800 GTX 256MB @430-1200
Crucial Ballistix Tracer 2GB kit Ram
Gigabyte 3D galaxy water cooling
80 GB Maxtor DiamondMax (System)
2x 250 GB WD SATA2 16MB cache (Movies and Games)
Enermax Liberty 620 W PSU
HP Lightscribe DVD-RW drive
Plextor DVD-ROM drive

Currently I'm running at stock on both the CPU and the GPU, I'm going to add another GPU soon because I'm going to replace my 17 inch screen with a dell 2005 in June and might even overclock the cpu to 3.4GHz if it is going to affect proformance by much.
CPU temp Idle: 26 C when in NFSMW: 33 C tops at the lowest radiator fan speed. room temp is 20 C

3DMARK 05 = 7631 @ 1280x1024
3DMARK 06 = 5321 @ 1280x1024

will I notice a big difference in the scores when I get the second GPU or is the CPU going to hold them back?

I would say your CPU will probably hold them back a bit, but I admit to knowing nothing about current Penty's. Very few people seem to be using them for gaming these days.
