Is this what windows installation media file structure looks like?

A year or so ago I did a windows re-install on my PC using a usb stick with installation media on it. Now inserted the same usb stick to check contents for first time in a while. I can't remember if I used it for anything else in the meantime though.

Is everything I can see below just that installation media, so I can safely wipe it now?

Do I need to reformat to use it as a normal flash drive again?

Sorry not that familiar with the process and just followed a guide last time, google wasn't much help, thanks.

Yeah, just checked mine. I have one other, system volume information.

Looks like a Window install disk to me, although I'm not sure what the HPSCANS folder is.

Just format it.

Looks about right to me and given the different date/time on the HPSCANS folder, that's probably something you manually shoved on there to migrate onto a new install (so you might wanna check if there's anything there you want to keep).
